Can I record older work?
Yes. You can record work that has already been completed and add the information and documents you have.
What does verified work mean?
It means the contractor who did the work has confirmed the record. Jobs recorded by an owner without verification are kept distinct from verified work.
What happens to the history if I sell?
The history belongs to the property, not the owner. When the new registered owner adds the property, they take it over with its full history, and recorded jobs are locked so the history can't be changed afterwards.
Who can see my history?
Your history is private by default. You decide whether it becomes public and can grant others access, for example when selling.
Does it cost anything?
No. Eignasaga is free for homeowners.
